 Wine Cellar II reduces the amount of data you need to capture by providing winery and wine details via Internet Downloads.  We maintain a list of wineries in various countries that includes address, phone and fax number and web site so that you do not need to maintain this information yourself. Wine Cellar II can download this list whenever you tell it to. At a recent update, winery lists were available for the following countries: - Australia (545 wineries) - Canada (181 wineries) - France (2501 wineries) - Netherlands (61 wineries) - New Zealand (408 wineries) - United States (1015 wineries) To download a winery list, select Update Winery Master List from the Internet sub-menu on the Tools menu. Select a country and click Finished. Wine Cellar II will tell you how many new wineries were added and how many existing wineries were updated. If the web site has been specified for a winery, then whenever you select a wine or bottle from the winery, you can select Visit Web Site from the Internet sub-menu on the Tools menu to go that winery's web site. Note - If you do not see many winery lists available for download, then select Update Country Master List from the Internet sub-menu on the Tools menu to download the latest list of winery lists.  Internet Updates contain the latest tasting notes, cellaring guidelines, retail prices, food matches and other details for a winery’s range of wines. Internet Updates are available directly from participating winery web sites via the Internet. By using Internet Updates, you no longer need to rely on annual wine buyers guides and reference material to keep these details up to date. You can also use Wine Cellar II as a wine buyers guide. Simply download all Internet Updates from all wineries. Then use the flexible Find Wine function, to search for wines meeting your criteria. All major New Zealand wineries have been contacted and notified about Wine Cellar II. If your favourite winery does not supply Internet Updates, tell them about Wine Cellar II and point them to the www.winecellarsoftware.com web site. Please note - that as at Jan 2006, only 2 wineries have chosen to provide Internet Update Files.
